So, I would end this with a request to make conscious efforts to declutter your physical and mental space so that light and positivity can find their way in.❤️❤️. I can keep talking about this endlessly but the time and space here is limited and obviously I don't want to create clutter in your feed □. Keeping unnecessary stuff or clutter not only distracts us but also creates stress and anxiety in so many ways. ![]() There is a reason the world is turning towards minimalism. Talking about physical space – it is equally important to declutter your physical space as well. Also, meditation or having a hobby can also help a lot (I will take these up as different points later)…slowly we will be there. I know its so difficult to control your thoughts, as it always runs towards the forbidden, but continuous efforts and determination can definitely help us achieve this. ![]() ![]() thinking about things that waste a lot of time but do not add any value like 'what other people think of me?', 'why the person dint call?', 'what should I wear? etc. baggage of relationships and formalities that are not helping you in anyway or adding any value to your life but only taking you down with their weight. Stress and anxiety about things that are not in your control. Get rid of – unnecessary thoughts that take away your mind's peace. ![]() So the next in #MentalMondays is DECLUTTER Declutter your mental and physical space. Heya Guyz !!
